Ever think Disaster Aid USA is only a local non profit?
Well, we are not!
Disaster Aid USA, DAUSA, is part of a larger network, Disaster Aid International, DAI, based out of the Uk that works all over the world, providing clean drinking water and essential life saving supplies to people recovering from disasters.

Having arrived in Payyanur via the overnight train, after a quick freshen up Matt met with members of the Rotary Club of Payyanur to assemble and label bucket filter kits. When Matt arrived at the venue he found that all 50 kits had already been assembled ready for distribution later in the day.
In the afternoon Matt went to Ambedkar Colony, Thayinery, Payyanur where villages had been invited to received the water filter kits. Matt gave his usual enthusiastic presentation to the assembled group emphasizing the importance of maintenance of the kits before handing the kits out.
The event and distribution was extremely well organized by members of the Rotary Club of Payyanur and we are thankful for their help.
