2024 Hurricane Debby Response – Disaster Aid USA Teams Deployed in FL, PA & OH

When Hurricane Debby struck in 2024, it wasn’t just Florida that felt the storm’s wrath. Heavy rain, wind, and flash flooding extended far north, impacting Pennsylvania and Ohio. Disaster Aid USA (DAUSA) answered the call—with multiple response teams deployed across all three states to help families in crisis.

From Sarasota, Florida to the hills of Pennsylvania and neighborhoods in central Ohio, DAUSA volunteers delivered essential recovery services: muck-outs, debris removal, supply distribution, and emotional support to storm survivors.

This multi-state response shows the strength and reach of the DAUSA network—local teams ready to act fast when disaster hits home. Each deployment was 100% volunteer-driven, and all assistance was provided at no cost to homeowners.

We are incredibly grateful to our volunteers, Rotary partners, and donors who make these responses possible.
