Disaster Aid USA DARTS, Disaster Aid Response Teams, responded to the Louisiana flood on Friday, 8-19-2016. Disaster Response Trailers from Louisiana and Texas, along with their teams,
deployed to Denham Springs, Louisiana. The trailers were loaded with water and lifesaving equipment such as such as chainsaws, water pumps, generators and tools for mucking out houses. DAUSA has been working with Operation Blessing throughout the weekend out of Healing Place Church located in Denham Springs, LA 70726. Record rainfall and catastrophic flooding has affected 40,000 homes in Louisiana.
